Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment, providing the teams with the right tools and resources to succeed.
  • Help the teams establish stable velocity, delivery predictability, and quality by selecting and monitoring relevant metrics.
  • Assist Product Owners in defining and prioritizing backlog items with a clear focus on business value.
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, workshops, and off-site events to promote effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams and management to identify and eliminate larger impediments affecting progress.
  • Closely collaborate with other Scrum Masters within and outside the division/company to share best practices and drive organisational agility.

Your Profile

  • Technical studies successfully completed or comparable professional experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master with a software development team that was applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
  • Knowledge of best practices that help the team to reach a sprint goal (like retrospective action items, burn-down or burn-up charts)
  • Competences with various Agile and Lean approaches
  • Ability to hold effective daily scrums, as well as utilize best practices from paradigms that complement Scrum, like BDD, TDD, DevOps, etc.
  • Knolwedge in Jira
  • Open, curious and creative mind
  • Fluency in English with very good communication skills

  • The salary range for this position starts at € 50.000,- gross per year with the possibility of overpayment depending on your experience and qualifications.
