Your Responsibilities
- Become a part of the international team
- Bridge the gap between the customer needs and technical solutions
- Gather requirements from commercial departments in Southern Europe (focus on Spain, France, Italy)
- Be involved in testing new tech products and services
- Participate in Incident Management: qualify incidents and orient them to the right teams
- Gather insights and user feedback to support the updated Change Management plan
Your profile
- Good knowledge in the product domain scope
- Change management skills & tools knowledge
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to talk with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration & teamwork, with the ability to work in an agile development environment
- Fluency in French and English, knowledge of other languages is of advantage
