You will be responsible to:
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological products.
- Handle first and second-level technical support, including calls, tickets, and user interactions.
- Respond quickly to IT-related inquiries from end-users.
- Accurately document all user interactions in the 'Service Now' ticketing system (e.g., incidents, requests).
- Develop, maintain, and utilize knowledge base articles.
- Conduct IT onboarding training sessions for new employees.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvements
Requirements:
- Language proficiency: Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an organized manner.
- Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude.
- IT environments experience is a plus (e.g., GxP).
- Candidates must provide a criminal record certificate no older than 3 months.
