What you can look forward to every day:

  • You will support the team in resolving technical questions and/or problems for end users by communicating with the IT teams at various locations.
  • You will configure and update workstations.
  • You will handle incidents and improvements related to infrastructure, networks, and applications.
  • You will assist in managing our applications and, if needed, take responsibility for selected systems.
  • Complex issues will be escalated to higher support levels by you.
  • You will contribute to the ongoing optimization and documentation of our system landscape and IT service processes.
  • You will take on tasks in various internal IT projects.

What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualifications.
  • Initial experience in first-level support and an interest in IT infrastructure is desirable.
  • Knowledge of common Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 7/10/11).
  • Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (Windows 2018/2019/2022).
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Understanding of Windows networks and network protocols.
  • Strong customer service and client-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive attitude and the drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate with different levels of the organization and various people.
  • Excellent German and good English skills.
