You will be part of the Non-Conformance Management Devops team in the Digitalization of Production & Technology department. You will help drive the application portfolio for the global stakeholder community. The goal is to support divisions in meeting regulatory requirements and improving processes. In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and managing the Non-Conformance Management solution, which is based on (but not limited to) SAP R/3 and S/4.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for technical design of application enhancements, new applications for NCM processes and support testing and system maintenance activities
- You will develop the application by using state-of-the-art programming methods and you will ensure runnable, supportable, and stable solutions
- You will work closely with the solutions consultants, but also with the Divisions to further improve their NCM Solutions
- Ensuring integration with other SAP and Non-SAP applications using modern interface architecture.
- Be part of a global team in constant evolution to address changes and improvements in the non-conformance management landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in SAP object-oriented programming: ABAP, ABAP OO
- Proficient in ABAP Rest/OData2 and OData4 webservices for seamless integration and data exchange
- Experience in Fiori Front-End Applications (UI5/OpenUI5) for user-friendly interfaces
- Ideally experience working in interfaces, knowing about middleware (ideally SAP API, SAP CPI, and OpenAPI documentation to facilitate smooth communication between system)
- Comfortableness designing concepts, principles, patterns, and layers architecture for scalable and maintainable solutions
- Experience working in diverse and virtual agile teams
- Excellent communication in English and collaboration abilities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of the latest SAP technologies such as RAP frameworks, CDS views, and CDS Annotations
- Knowledge of industry-standard protocols such as Kafka and SOAP, and familiarity with Google Apigee for seamless integration with external systems
- Node.JS, JAVA (Springboot/Springboot Cloud), JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular/React), and Python for diversified programming
- Understanding of Security and Authorization/Authentication topics for secure access and data protection
