Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Capacity Planning and capacity utilization coverage
  • Control and improvement of internal and external material flow
  • Ensure optimal inventory level for operations, develop inventory strategies according current business requirements.
  • Inventory accuracy, cyclical inventory, annual inventory,
  • SAP – reporting, complying with SAP program
  • Preparation of the annual foreign trade report
  • Negotiation with external stakeholders
  • Use and application of LEAN behaviours and tools established within the company
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Monitor performance of activities using key metrics and prepare reports for management
  • Professionally communicate with all stakeholders via phone, email, face-to-face and videoconference interactions
  • Coordinate negotiations for contracts with suppliers and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs house brokers, warehouse managers and related third-party logical
  • service providers.
  • This may involve coordinating and overseeing manufacturing operations in order to forecast orders and meet customer demands
  • Optimize production planning while executing and inventory controls considering optimal Operating Working Capital
  • Conduct monthly capacity and performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated
  • Execute demand flow verification processes, engage in short- and long-term planning and conduct inventory analyses for warehouse utilization and manufacturing coordination
  • Ensure supply chain employees shall be proficient in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions and warehouse management systems (WMS) , IBP dashboards management
  • Reduce product obsolescence through inventory reviews and re-balancing efforts. Maintain a total cost perspective with a lean manufacturing mindset
  • Motivate Supply chain employees to design, develop, and implement of warehouse, distribution and logistics solutions - Develop and implement warehouse operations

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems, with a strong understanding of inventory management and production planning principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies
