Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely scheduling, production, and deliveries.
• Manage material and production planning efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of operations and facilities.
• Apply and oversee modern production technologies, including the commissioning of new investments.
• Maintain compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in leadership and management within a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, organization, and project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional relationship building.
• Highly driven, resilient, assertive, and solutions-oriented.
• Proven leadership capabilities within a manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding of quality, health, and safety management systems.
