Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as a Franchise Partner for our operations in Spain. As a Franchise Partner, you will lead the development and growth of our HR services business in the Spanish market. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for business development, client management, and HR services to own and operate a franchise under our established international brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow our client base and expand market presence in Spain.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise, ensuring compliance with company standards and Spanish regulations.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants and support staff as needed.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility in Spain.
  • Financial Management: Manage the franchise’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on performance metrics, market trends, and growth opportunities to the company's head office.
