Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR practices. This role requires someone who is passionate about technology and eager to work with an international team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, managing recruitment processes, and supporting various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Active Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and engage potential candidates for technology roles.
  • Job Posting: Create and manage job advertisements across multiple channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts and brand visibility.
  • Interviews: Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, assessing their fit for specific roles.
  • Account Management: Support the account management team in maintaining and developing client relationships.
  • Project Management: Assist in various HR and recruitment projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • HR Administration: Handle various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documents.

Requirements:

Interview Process:

  1. Introduction with Senior Recruiter (30-minute call): An initial discussion to understand your background and motivations for the role.
  2. Case Study and Presentation (1-hour video call): A chance to showcase your problem-solving and presentation skills through a relevant case study.
  3. Decision and Onboarding Preparation (30-minute video call): Final discussion to confirm your suitability for the role and begin onboarding preparations.

Starting Period: March 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
