KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Lead the SAP Competence Center, ensuring its continuous development and the reliable operation of company-wide systems.
- Provide disciplinary and technical leadership to the SAP team, fostering their growth and expertise.
- Strategically plan and manage national and international SAP projects, reporting directly to the Group IT Director.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, maintaining thorough system documentation.
- Advise departments on leveraging current and future SAP solutions to optimize processes.
- International SAP-activities at the SAP-CC
- Travel activity to the subsidiaries
Your Profile
- A technical or business degree or equivalent professional experience/training.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading and executing SAP projects, with a strong focus on production and logistics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP technologies, entrepreneurial mindset, and service-oriented approach.
- SAP integration knowledge
- AMS (Application Managed Services) and SAP licensing experience
- Proven leadership and team development experience with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Hungarian, German, and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, self-reliance, and resilience.
