Key responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in line with the hotel's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Management team
  • Creates a focus on attracting new business.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and companies
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Handle high-profile clients and ensure their needs are met with exceptional service.
Sales Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel management to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Participate in hotel management meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian language
  • 5* Hotel experience
  • 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years' of experience in hotel sales
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
