For the Balkan region we are looking for an Area Sales Manager with excellent communication skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting activities to grow business within and outside of assigned responsibilities
- Driving portfolio selling of their products
- Activating dormant plants and replacing competitor products in the sub-region
- Ensuring compliance with their processes and procedures
- Achieving budget targets and Sales KPIs
- Building customer intimacy and addressing important customer problems with their products
- Providing active support to Sales in the sub-region through customer visits
- Managing sub-regional agent strategy to drive additional sales

Your Profile:
- Technical or commercial educational background
- Professional experience in industrial Sales with high-end products
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical and Sales environment, preferably Valve Application Industry
- Willingness to travel (about 80 % in the Balkan region)
- Fluent in English, additional languages like Serbo-Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian is a plus
- Structured, self-driven and organized
- High reliability towards customers, the organization, agents and internal units
- Focus on identifying and solving customer problems
