They are looking for Paintshop Team Leader for their premises in Manisa Industrial Zone.
General Responsibilities;
Process risk assessment ; to ensure that the activities of the department are carried out in accordance with the process risk requirements. Monitors, reports and suggests actions to eliminate risks.
Annual operator trainings ; plans annual operator trainings on process and quality and monitors the effectiveness. Enforces working according to occupational health and safety rules.
Tracking and Monitoring Operational Metrics ; ensure that the production is carried out effectively, Equipment Uptime, OEE, Efficiency, Scrap and NOK rates are realized in accordance with the targets.
Paintshop Process Management; Prepares production schedules and keeps constant contact with the paintshop team and supervises them to prevent any disruptions.
Quality; Ensures that manufacturing quality is kept under control as stipulated in the quality plan and the Quality Management System.
Production Failure and Maintenance; In case of production failures, making priority planning and minimizing malfunction and maintenance work.
Reporting ; Inspects workmanship, error rates and production quantities for efficiency in the paintshop on a weekly basis.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environment or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experienced in wet paint on metal surfaces, cataphoresis, surface treatment issues and paint shop team management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar processes and field employee management.
- Advance level of English.
- Sufficient knowledge of all windows applications, SAP and special programs required for work.
- Experienced in industry 4.0 applications.
- Knowledge about production and process improvement tools like 5S, TPM and project management.
- Knowledge about IATF 16949 Automotive Management System and APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Customer Special Requests.
