As a Senior ServiceNow Technical and Functional Consultant, you will lead and manage the implementation, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Role Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical and Functional Consultant to join our client's team in Madrid. This is a hybrid role that combines both technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a deep understanding of both the technical configuration and functional aspects of the platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring the platform is aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expertise in both technical and functional aspects of ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other tools.
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance.
- Perform system integrations, data migration, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage and contribute to project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Stay current with the latest updates and features in the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with expertise in both technical and functional aspects.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and others.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other development tools.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Proven experience in managing and leading complex ServiceNow projects from start to finish.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM and ITOM, such as HRSD, CSM, or Security Incident Response.
