We are seeking a skilled expert or a project manager to lead an exciting HR Solutions Transformation project. In this role, you will play a key part in the international rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, collaborating with global HR departments to optimize processes and enhance employee experiences. In this role, you will drive the international rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ensure its successful implementation across global HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the partial project management of the HR Solutions transformation to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including the international rollout.
  • Design and develop requirements for HR master data processes, ensuring they are mapped effectively in Employee Central and integrated with onboarding processes.
  • Provide in-house consulting to international HR departments and collaborate closely with HR Business Service organizations to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Represent the product vision for HR IT roadmaps, advocating for the strategic direction of Employee Central across HR teams.
  • Participate in project applications and manage external implementation partners for successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams and other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of the system landscape in collaboration with both domestic and international teams.
  • Coach and support colleagues on technical and professional issues related to Employee Central and related modules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience with the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on knowledge of configuration and implementation.
  • Proven experience in at least one major SAP HCM transformation project, particularly in Employee Central and related HCM sub-modules.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing external service providers and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
