Your Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with IAM (Identity and Access Management) best practices.
- Prioritize product backlogs, manage risks, and address interdependencies with other squads.
- Lead L2/L3 incident investigations, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Gather new demands, translate them into features/user stories, and integrate them into the backlog.
- Contribute in the IT Finance Management by estimating and adjusting resource forecasts, track utilization, and reporting on ROI and costs.
- Oversee the product build, analyze features/user stories, drive squad delivery, and track performance against KPIs.
- Work closely with the Operational Security Product team, business stakeholders, and Proximity teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Your profile
- Solid track-record on a similar position with team and/or projects management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM mechanisms (SSO "Single Sign-On" and MFA "Multi-factor Authentication").
- Solid know-how of IAM frameworks/concepts like IGA "Identity and Governance and Administration" and RBAC "Role Based Access Control".
- Strong knowledge and experience of Cyberark to ensure that connectivity between the IT team on a remote basis is safe.
- Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how IAM solutions ensure adherence.
- You can demonstrate expertise in translating business needs into a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with IAM best practices.
- You come from or are familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
