Your Role:
As part of a Scrum team, you will:
- Report to the App Lead, you will take ownership of defining, and delivering features for the mobile banking app in a in-house development approach, ensuring alignment with the overall App roadmap and priorities..
- Deeply understand your portion of the mobile banking app, actively use it, and challenge existing features to drive improvements.
- Own the delivery of new features end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution from concept to release, removing blockers, and pushing for solutions.
- While a business analyst helps with the detailed requirements, you have the ability to quickly write concise and clear user stories, bug tickets, and small improvements to keep the team moving.
- You apply a strong sense of what makes a great mobile app experience, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly designs in collaboration with your scrums UX designer.
- Bring together developers, testers, and analysts to resolve challenges and drive quick decision-making.
- In addition the quality assurance done by your Scrums tester, you validate that features meet business and user needs, ensuring they make common sense and function smoothly before release.
- Leverage user behavior insights, event tracking in PowerBI, and feedback loops to continuously refine and improve your areas in the app.
What We Are Looking For:
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or similar delivery role in an Agile software development team.
- You have worked in a Startup environment in a Scrum methodology with sprints, points estimation, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of mobile app development and UX principles.
- Experience in driving delivery, working closely with developers, testers, and analysts to push features to completion..
- Passionate about app usability, customer needs, and product experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to pull teams together on short calls to resolve blockers quickly.
- Experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies, working with Jira or similar tools.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics and user insights to guide decision-making.
