In this role, you will take full ownership of one of the company’s flagship products, driving its vision, strategy, and execution. With a hands-on mentality, you will shape development processes, collaborate with tech teams and customers, and ensure the highest standards of product quality. You will have a direct impact on workflows, mentor team members, and drive the product’s continued innovation in the logistics software sector.
Your Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery
- Process Development: Refine processes for product discovery, development, testing, and releases
- Mentorship: Mentor team members in creating specifications, managing workflows, and gathering feedback
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment between tech teams, users, and customers
- Quality Assurance: Oversee product testing and ensure releases meet high standards
- Customer Engagement: Gather insights from users and customers to drive product improvements
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role in a tech environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience in mentoring and developing team capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Polish and English; German is a plus
