Job Description
- Provide technical support for key accounts, troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
- Assist with sales activities, managing customer relationships and supporting product sales
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with technical and sales expertise
- Conduct customer visits for product demonstrations and consultations
- Visit 12-15 clients per week (excluding holidays or exceptional circumstances) and submit weekly reports
- Work closely with consultants and decision-makers in the hospitality sector
- Support sales orders, documentation, and follow-ups
- Participate in industry events, training sessions, and internal meetings.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support and/or sales
- Strong communication skills in Turkish (English is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of networking, installation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications
- Ability to provide technical support and sales assistance in a customer-facing role
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a high sense of responsibility.
