We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for our client, a global company in the hospitality technology sector. Our client specializes in electronic security, mobile access, and energy management solutions for hotels, cruise ships, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and more.

Job Description
  • Provide technical support for key accounts, troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
  • Assist with sales activities, managing customer relationships and supporting product sales
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with technical and sales expertise
  • Conduct customer visits for product demonstrations and consultations
  • Visit 12-15 clients per week (excluding holidays or exceptional circumstances) and submit weekly reports
  • Work closely with consultants and decision-makers in the hospitality sector
  • Support sales orders, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Participate in industry events, training sessions, and internal meetings.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support and/or sales
  • Strong communication skills in Turkish (English is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of networking, installation, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications
  • Ability to provide technical support and sales assistance in a customer-facing role
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a high sense of responsibility.
