Job Description
- Manage and develop relationships with local key accounts in Turkey, ensuring long-term collaboration
- Drive direct sales efforts across both core (hospitality) and non-core (multi-housing, student accommodation, healthcare, work camps, etc.) market segments
- Identify and engage with new local hotel chains and customers to expand market reach
- Collaborate with architects, IT/security consultants, and decision-makers to promote the company’s solutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Conduct 10-12 client visits per week (excluding holidays or exceptional situations) and submit weekly reports
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely sales and technical support
- Participate in sales meetings, product promotions, training sessions, and industry-related events
- Assist in marketing activities such as trade shows, magazine ads, and product articles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or sales related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or technology sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in both Turkish and English (spoken and written).
