We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our client, a global company in the hospitality technology sector. Our client specializes in electronic security, mobile access, and energy management solutions for hotels, cruise ships, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and other establishments.

Job Description
  • Provide technical support for local and global key accounts in Turkey
  • Manage product support, technical marketing, and project consultancy for electronic security, mobile access, and energy management solutions
  • Assist with sales strategy, including pricing coordination, long-term agreements, and customer relationship management
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with efficient sales and technical support
  • Process sales orders in accordance with company policies
  • Visit 12-15 clients per week (excluding holidays or exceptional circumstances) and submit weekly reports
  • Support sales managers by conducting product demonstrations, consultations, and customer needs assessments
  • Work closely with ELV consultants, IT consultants, and security consultants involved in decision-making processes
  • Provide 24/7 remote and phone support as needed
  • Keep up to date with national and local standards, regulations, and industry trends
  • Participate in sales meetings, product promotions, training sessions, and other industry-related events.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and technical support (Preferebly CCTV or similar sector - access control)
  • Bachelor’s degree from Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electromechanical Engineering departments or equivalent experience in computer software, networking, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in both Turkish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong network configuration, installation, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Office applications, and troubleshooting electronic/software products
  • Ability to provide technical training and project management support
  • Experience in the lock or security industry is a plus but not required.
