About the Role
Our client, a major player in the industrial sector, is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on the technical implementation and optimization of AI-driven HR processes within their SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with hands-on experience in AI integrations and HR-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and technical development of AI-driven solutions for HR processes within SAP BTP.
- Work with multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, and business leaders) to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Develop, configure, and deploy SAP solutions, focusing on cloud integrations, AI tools, and data management within the SAP ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI with HR-related processes, such as recruitment, talent management, employee development, and performance evaluations.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP BTP solutions across various departments.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SAP BTP solutions post-implementation to ensure optimal performance.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP BTP Specialist with a focus on cloud integrations and technical implementations.
- Proficiency in ABAP, including ABAP OO, and SAP Fiori/UI5 for user interface development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Experience working in a hybrid or flexible environment with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented, to effectively liaise with various teams.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools integrated into SAP.
- Familiarity with SAP HR modules (e.g., SuccessFactors, Employee Central) and HR-specific process automation.
- Previous experience in the industrial sector or similar complex environments.
