Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and technically proficient SAP Enable Now Platform Application Owner to take charge of the SAP Enable Now platform’s operations and continuous improvement. This is a technical position that requires hands-on experience with application platforms, such as SAP Enable Now or similar platforms like WalkMe. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience managing digital adoption platforms and will work closely with internal teams to integrate and optimize the platform, ensuring it meets business needs and performs at its best within our broader technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Enable Now Platform Application Owner
- Take full ownership of the SAP Enable Now platform, ensuring its continuous improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather platform requirements, plan enhancements, and implement improvements.
- Oversee the integration of SAP Enable Now with other systems and processes within the organization.
- Provide support for business stakeholders, assisting with the transformation and deployment of the tool across environments.
- Play a key role in IT transformation projects by guiding the successful implementation of this digital platform in new and existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues, applying technical expertise to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage platform updates, new releases, and security checks, ensuring alignment with authorization standards and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital solutions and platform operations, applying new knowledge to optimize the platform.
- Document and standardize platform management procedures and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
- Several years of hands-on experience managing enterprise application platforms, with knowledge of SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, or similar digital adoption platforms.
- Practical experience in platform implementation, documentation, key-user support, and testing. Exposure to SAP or S/4HANA systems is beneficial.
- Strong technical expertise with the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital solutions platforms.
- Passion for training and continuous personal development, particularly in the area of platform technologies.
- In-depth understanding of application lifecycle management, ITIL practices, and enterprise application solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing platform performance.
- Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
