Sales Manager - Istanbul

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Sales Manager (Fuel Components) to join one of our international clients in the fuel and petrochemical sector in Istanbul, Türkiye. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales, international trade, and logistics operations in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales of fuel components and related products (gasoline, bitumen, liquid chemicals for automotive industries).
  • Handle sea shipments (freight, demurrage) and ensure smooth international logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities.
Main Tasks
  • Support customers with technical and sales expertise.
  • Oversee shipment logistics and trading operations.
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in fuel, petrochemical, or liquid chemical sales.
  • Knowledge of sea shipments (freight, demurrage) is a strong plus.
  • Background in trading within Eastern Europe is an advantage.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach.
  • Fluency in Russian is mandatory; knowledge of English is required.
Additional Requirements
  • Ready to relocate to Istanbul or already based in Türkiye.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
