Your Responsibilities
- Intune Device Management: Configuration, policies, scripts, and compliance for Windows, MAC, iOS, and Android devices.
- Device Imaging: Manage SCCM Task Sequences, Intune Autopilot, and manufacturer image management.
- SCCM Management: PE image creation, task sequence scripting, task sequence variables, PXE, and SCCM distribution.
- Autopilot: Reseller registration, group tags, Azure Active Directory group management, and Windows deployment.
- Apple Business Manager: Reseller registration, role management, Apple federation, and device revocation.
- Printer Management: Manage Universal Print, YSoft, Uniflow, and cloud printing solutions.
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience working within a global enterprise on deploying and supporting global projects
- Good knowledge with Autopilot
- Knowledge in Active Directory, Cloud Printer Management of advantage
- Knolwedge in SCCM/MECM
- L3 Ticket Management: Skilled in handling complex support tickets
- Strong collaboration & teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an agile set-up
- Fluent level of English both written and spoken
