We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales efforts, expand customer relationships, and drive business growth in both domestic and international markets. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team, and a focus on acquiring new customers and increasing sales within the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear targets and ensuring performance-driven results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while effectively resolving conflicts.
  • Drive new customer acquisition efforts and expand sales within the existing portfolio.

  • Lead business initiatives to drive growth and market share expansion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within a production environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Proven experience in team management, leadership, and strategic sales planning.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and online customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Energetic, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business.
