Plant Control Executive - Tire

Our client is a renowned global leader in the dairy market, with operations spanning over 75 countries. In Turkey, they are a key player in milk and dairy production, recognized for their distinguished brands across six production plants.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Control Executive to join their team in Tire - İzmir. This role plays a key part in financial planning, performance tracking, and cost control within their manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and manage the plant budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Track factory performance against budget and previous year’s data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Support factory managers in profit center management by providing financial insights.
• Act as a business partner, transforming financial and operational data into actionable intelligence.
• Analyze variances in utilization, product and service costs, functional expenses, and other relevant costs.
• Accurately calculate cost per SKU and optimize cost structures.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Management, or Food Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, cost control, or performance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and high attention to details.
• Strong stress management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel when required.
