About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Software Solution Architect to join a dynamic team working on a large-scale product for a multinational company. The team consists of 40 professionals across seven teams, including Software Solution Architects, Product Owners, and developers, all following the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology. You will play a key role in designing scalable, high-performance solutions and ensuring alignment with both business and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software architecture for a large-scale product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, product owners, developers) to create architecture patterns, models, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in solution design, ensuring best practices in software development.
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to continuous improvement within an agile environment.
Key Requirements:
- Solid Professional English: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with international teams.
- Software Development Background: Experience in software development, preferably in .NET.
- Solution Design Expertise: Experience in creating architecture patterns, diagrams, and defining non-functional requirements (NFRs).
