What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Recruiter at ISG, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, identifying and attracting top-tier talent in the tech industry. You will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements for roles in Cloud, Analytics, Software, and ERP domains.
- Solve and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit for our clients.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing them with clear communication and a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and recruitment to continuously improve our hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, timely recruitment process from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally within Cloud, Analytics, Software, or ERP sectors.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the skills required for key tech roles.
- Ability to assess technical candidates through interviews, technical assessments, and collaboration with subject-matter experts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
