Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster long-term client relationships to ensure their loyalty and continued partnership.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and successfully drive upsell and expansion initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the full renewal cycle, proactively addressing potential barriers to renewal while analyzing product usage and adoption to tailor client success strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Legal teams to negotiate and finalize renewal contracts, ensuring the highest possible success rates.
  • Maintain close communication with clients throughout their journey to guarantee satisfaction, aligning product offerings with their evolving needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel to manage projects, document interactions, and forecast renewal opportunities.
  • Share knowledge on best practices and new product features to optimize customer outcomes and promote the adoption of new features.
  • Act swiftly and effectively when dealing with at-risk accounts, ensuring timely resolutions and continued customer satisfaction.

Key Outcomes:

  • Establish a robust pipeline for account renewals and expansions, ensuring high retention rates and increased revenue generation.
  • Proactively manage customer interactions to address needs and obstacles, ensuring smooth renewals and contract negotiations.
  • Enhance product adoption across customer accounts, driving value and improving customer satisfaction through continuous optimization.
  • Deliver accurate renewal forecasts and sales projections by documenting all interactions and keeping clients informed on the latest product updates.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience, ideally in Software subscription sales or related fields, with a focus on large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue quotas and managing substantial deals (including 7-figure contracts).
  • Extensive experience handling the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and supporting pre-sales activities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, and advanced Excel for effective project management and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building lasting, value-driven client relationships in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong sales skills, effectively negotiating and closing deals to drive growth.
  • Experience managing budget forecasts.
