We are seeking a talented IT System Engineer to join an exciting project in Vienna. This position involves expanding and maintaining the server architecture.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and maintaining the data center infrastructure, (Linux servers, networks, and VPNs.)
Managing, monitoring, and enhancing our dispatch technology.
Continuously improving system performance and planning hardware upgrades.
Handling patch deployment and system updates.
Managing backup processes to ensure data security.
Conducting quality control measures to maintain system reliability.
Developing and testing in-house software solutions.
Overseeing API and SDK integration and management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP, HTTP, SMTP, DNS).
Expertise in managing Linux servers, web servers (Apache, Nginx), and cluster computing.
Familiar with Puppet Automation Tool and technologies like Bash, PHP, Proxmox, and MySQL Benefits:
