Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for all resort positions, ensuring that we attract top talent who share our vision. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and your pre-opening experience is a significant plus.
Training: Create and implement training programs tailored to various roles within the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage etc. Conduct engaing and effective training sessions for employees, both new hires and existing team.
Employee Relations: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Address and resolve employee concerns and issues with empathy and discretion.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide constructive feedback, and support career development plans for team.
Benefits and Compensation: Manage benefits administration and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent, with your pre-opening experience being a significant advantage.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies as we continue to raise the bar in luxury hospitality.
HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR tasks, such as payroll processing, leave management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, specialized in the hotel or hospitality industry, with your pre-opening experience considered a significant advantage.
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Turkish and fluent in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment.
